Community Guidelines
These guidelines define how we build a safe, respectful, and faith-centered Christian community on OnePulse.
1. Our Community Standard
OnePulse is designed for spiritual growth, prayer support, and genuine Christian fellowship. Participation in OnePulse means you agree to communicate with kindness, honesty, and respect for others.
- Treat people with dignity and compassion
- Engage in disagreement respectfully
- Share content that supports spiritual growth and healthy community
- Respect privacy settings and personal boundaries
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
2.1 Harmful or Abusive Content
- Hate speech, demeaning language, discrimination, or dehumanizing statements
- Harassment, intimidation, threats, bullying, or targeted abuse
- Sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation, or grooming behavior
- Promotion of violence, suicide methods, or self-harm
2.2 Deceptive or Illegal Conduct
- Impersonation, fraud, scams, or identity misrepresentation
- Misinformation campaigns and intentionally false factual claims
- Spam, malicious links, malware, or abusive automation
- Content that promotes illegal activity
2.3 Intellectual Property Violations
- Posting copyrighted material without permission
- Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, or proprietary media
3. Prayer Privacy and Sensitive Content
Prayer requests and spiritual disclosures may include sensitive personal information. Respecting prayer privacy is mandatory.
- Do not repost private prayer requests without explicit permission
- Avoid identifying details about others unless they consent
- Use privacy settings intentionally (public, friends only, private, anonymous)
- Do not use prayer content for harassment, manipulation, or commercialization
4. Reporting and Enforcement
4.1 How to Report
- Open the content menu in the app
- Select Report
- Choose the violation category
- Add context if needed and submit
4.2 Enforcement Actions
OnePulse may take one or more actions depending on severity, context, and repeat behavior:
- Content removal
- Feature restrictions
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination
Severe safety violations may result in immediate action without prior warning.
5. Appeals
If your content or account is actioned, you may appeal by emailing support@onepulse.community within 30 days. Include your username and a concise explanation for review.
6. Mental Health and Crisis Safety
OnePulse is a peer community platform and does not provide professional crisis or mental health services.

7. Minors and Safety
OnePulse is intended for users age 13 and older. Users under 13 are not permitted on the platform. If you believe an underage account exists, report it or contact support@onepulse.community.
8. Relationship to Terms and Privacy
These Community Guidelines are enforceable through the OnePulse Terms of Service.
